I do not offer therapy, trauma work or shadow work (although these may arise during the process if you work with me). My service is to be a mirror and support for those who are ready to take a leap into life and actualise their purpose, dreams and excitement. In reality, my clients do the work (like I have done) because only they can do the work for themselves. That’s just how it works.
